創作理念
本人平日喜愛繪畫，擅長手繪素描與水彩，近年亦偏好以電繪呈現作品。雖然投入植物藝術繪畫的時間不長，但我特別喜愛描繪外形獨特的植物。之所以選擇繪畫霸王花，是因為在蒐集資料時發現其形態獨特、體型龐大，十分適合作為創作主題，因此將其作為本次作品。
Artistic Statement
I enjoy drawing in my daily life and am skilled in hand-drawn sketching and watercolor painting. In recent years, I have preferred presenting my work digitally. Although I have not been creating botanical art illustrations for long, I especially enjoy depicting plants with distinctive forms. I chose to draw the Rafflesia because, while researching it, I found its unique morphology and massive size made it an especially suitable subject, so I selected it for this work.

Introduction: Rafflesia arnoldii is commonly called the “King Flower” or “Bawang Flower” in the Chinese-speaking world. It is known as the largest single flower by diameter in the world, and is famous for its parasitic lifestyle and its strong, rotting-flesh-like odor.
